es-define-property

Object.defineProperty, but not IE 8's broken one.

Example

const $defineProperty = require('es-define-property');

if ($defineProperty) {
    assert.equal($defineProperty, Object.defineProperty);
} else if (Object.defineProperty) {
    assert.equal($defineProperty, false, 'this is IE 8');
