$ npm install resolve-up
Resolve paths to globally installed npm modules using glob patterns. Useful for getting paths to yeoman or Generate generators, etc.
You might also be interested in global-paths.
Install with npm:
$ npm install --save resolve-up
var resolveUp = require('resolve-up');
console.log(resolveUp('generate-*'));
Results in an array of absolute file paths, like:
[ '/usr/local/lib/node_modules/generate-eslint',
'/usr/local/lib/node_modules/generate-package',
'/usr/local/lib/node_modules/generate-project' ]
Pull requests and stars are always welcome. For bugs and feature requests, please create an issue.
